By car

The easiest way: your parking space is waiting for you in our on-site car park.

From the northc. 90 km: A14 motorway, Poggio Imperiale exit. Then the Gargano expressway (SS693) to Vico del Gargano, then Peschici and finally Vieste.
From the southc. 100 km: A14 motorway, Foggia exit (from Bari too). Then the SS89 main road towards Manfredonia and Mattinata, all the way to Vieste.
From Naplesc. 130 km: A16 motorway, Candela exit. Then towards Foggia and the SS89, as from the south.

By plane

Two airports in Puglia and, in summer, a direct bus all the way to Vieste.

Bari Airportc. 180 km: The best connected, with domestic and international flights. From June to September a direct bus reaches Vieste in about 3 hours.
Foggia Airportthe nearest: The “Gino Lisa”, with domestic flights from northern Italy. In summer a bus links it to Vieste and the Gargano.
Pescara Airportc. 220 km: Handy if you’re coming from the north: from here you carry on by car or by bus.

By train

Vieste has no railway station: the last stretch is by bus.

To Foggia: The best-connected station, with trains from all over Italy. From here, buses to Vieste run all year round (SITA Sud and Ferrovie del Gargano).
In summer, to Peschici: The Ferrovie del Gargano train runs from San Severo to Peschici Calenella; from there a bus takes you to Vieste.

By bus

There are direct buses to Vieste from many Italian cities.

Where to get off: Some lines stop right in front of our gate (look for or ask for the IPSSAR, IPOEA Enrico Mattei or Istituto Alberghiero stop), others opposite our beach club (ask whether it stops opposite the Oasi Beach club), and others at the bus terminal in the town centre.
From the bus stop: We can come and pick you up, or you can take a taxi.

The car park is on site and fenced: your parking space is ready straight away. Spaces are car-sized, up to an SUV.

If your space is already free, leave the car and head to the beach, or relax by the pool. Meanwhile we’ll get the apartment ready as soon as we can.

Frequently asked questions

Can you get to Vieste by ferry?

No, you can’t reach Vieste by ferry. You get here by car, by plane to Bari or Foggia and then by bus, or by train to Foggia and then by bus.

Which is the nearest airport to Vieste?

The nearest is Foggia’s “Gino Lisa”, with flights from a few cities in northern Italy. Bari Airport is about 180 km away but has many more flights, international ones too, and from June to September a direct bus to Vieste.

Is there a train to Vieste?

Not directly: Vieste has no railway station. You take the train to Foggia and then the bus, all year round; in summer you can also take the train as far as Peschici Calenella and then the bus.

Is parking included?

Yes, always: one parking space per apartment in our private, fenced car park, suitable for cars and SUVs. If you have a larger vehicle we can’t guarantee you a space: it’s best to let us know its type and size when you book.

Can we arrive before 15:00?

It’s best to message or call us the day before to ask. Either way, if you do arrive early and your parking space is already free, you can leave the car and head to the beach, or relax by the pool. In the meantime we’ll get the apartment ready as soon as we can. Always call us 15 minutes before you arrive.
